The Time For Change Is NOW!
Enthusiasm among
Democrats is at an all-time high in the County,
the State and the Nation. Our record state-wide
turn-out in the February primary, was evidence
of this.
One thing is certain, we cannot afford another four years like the last eight. In Howard County, your Democratic Party is doing whatever is necessary to make certain that we help to bring this change in direction.
However, we need your investment in our efforts to make sure that change does occur. It is not an easy task, but with your assistance we can do it. You can help your local Democratic Party in two ways: (1) make a financial contribution to the Howard County Democratic Central Committee (HCDCC) and (2) become a member and participate in our "Neighborhood Contact Program".
Investing in your Howard County Democratic Party today will pay off now and in 2010. Every single dollar helps -- $5, $10, $50, $100 or whatever you can give, will make a difference. We appreciate your support and thank you.
Should you wish to contribute, please make your check payable to HCDCC and mail to P. O. Box 1363, Columbia, MD 21044.
For information on the "Neighborhood Contact Program" read the article below and/or call Cathy Zomlefer at 410-290-9791.
Activists/Volunteers Needed
NOW!
Will you partner with
us to help take back the White House, expand
majorities in the House and Senate, and control
redistricting by building substantial
majorities in our State legislatures in
2010?
The Howard County Democratic Party has been working for the past few years to organize our neighborhoods, to contact all newly registered Democrats in the County and to recruit activists/volunteers to help us in this undertaking.
These "NEIGHBORHOOD CONTACT PERSONS" will receive orientation and training to help them in performing their tasks. They will be provided with the names and contact information of registered Democrats in their assigned "Neighborhoods". This is a high priority effort if we are to accomplish our mission and be able to impact the '08 Presidential campaign.
All efforts to take back the White House and the Congress start at the local level and with YOU. Please contact Cathy Zomlefer at 410-290-9791 and join us.
Please join us in our efforts to "Change America ...and Maryland".
You can also contact us by telephone at 410-290-9791 or email us at info@howardcountydems.com.
We are opened and staffed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 3pm and Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm. Stop by and become acquainted with the various activities of the "Party".
